**DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE**:
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Service Quality au sein de la Direction des Infrastructures Informatiques de VESI, nous proposons un poste de « Service Quality project manager (F/H) ».
Votre rôle consiste à:
**Gestion des incidents/demandes de service FR**:
- Coordination ITIL auprès des périmètres FR, dont animation du service quality committee et gestion du service quality dashboard
- Gérer et coordonner la résolution des tickets critiques escaladés par des Responsables Informatiques depuis la France
**Gestion des incidents/demandes de service INTL**:
- Coordination ITIL auprès des périmètres internationaux
- Gérer et coordonner la résolution des tickets critiques escaladés par des Responsables Informatiques depuis l’International
- Animer des revues de support avec les périmètres internationaux
**Autres**:
- Gérer l’amélioration continue de notre outil de Business Intelligence (BI SAC)
**Amélioration continue**:
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus opérationnels
- Mettre en œuvre des initiatives visant à accroître l'efficacité et la qualité des services
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les performances opérationnelles
**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Bac+5 en école d’ingénieur ou université, spécialisation Informatique
- Vous possédez des connaissances générales des technologies autour du poste de travail, des réseaux et de SAP
- Vous pratiquez un anglais courant
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et d’un fort esprit d’équipe
- Vous êtes rigoureux(euse), ayant un sens du service développé et possédant de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Autonome et organisé(e)
- La connaissance de la méthode ITIL, d’un outil de Business Intelligence (SAP Analytics Cloud), d’EasyVista ou d’un autre outil de ticketing sont des atouts
