En tant Customer Claim Officer tu rejoins au sein du service Care, l’équipe Claim management. Ton rôle sera de prendre entièrement part à la construction d’une expérience client à la fois irréprochable et innovante, en exécutant et en réinventant chaque jour notre façon de gérer les demandes de remboursement. ️

Tes **missions principales** sont les suivantes:

- **Gestion des demandes de remboursement de nos clients**, de l’étude à l’instruction finale
- **Amélioration nos processus** de gestion des demandes de remboursements
- **Gestion de la relation et de la qualité de service** de notre prestataire
- Participation à l’amélioration du produit d’assurance en collaboration avec nos équipes opérations
- **Création de contenus** pour faire monter en compétence tes collègues de Dalma, sur le monde vétérinaire.
- **Participation à l’amélioration du discours commercial et client**, grâce à tes connaissances du monde vétérinaire.

**Profil recherché**:

- Ancien.ne A.S.V. ou ayant une expérience de minimum 1 an dans le monde assurantiel animal;
- Tu es organisé.e et rigoureu.x.se ;
- Tu aimes faire face à des situations parfois complexes et aimes trouver des solutions ;
- Autonome et proactif.ve, tu t'appropries rapidement les sujets qu’on te confie et tu aimes être force de proposition ;
- Tu n'as pas peur de retrousser vos manches et de mettre les mains dans le cambouis ;
- Volonté de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant ;
- Tu aimes les animaux (c’est mieux )
