Chez Tikehau Capital, l'ESG est un élément essentiel du processus décisionnel, intégré dans l'analyse fondamentale de nos équipes d'investissement. Ce poste est une réelle opportunité de faire partie d'un gestionnaire d'actifs alternatifs en pleine croissance et de fournir des solutions pratiques à nos analystes financiers et aux sociétés de notre portefeuille.
- Rechercher et analyser les thèmes/indicateurs ESG, climatiques et d'impact dans un large éventail de sociétés et de secteurs
- Aider les équipes d'investissement à effectuer la due diligence en matière d'ESG, les plans d'action ESG/impact et leur suivi.
- Superviser les rapports d'ESG et autres
- Répondre aux questions des investisseurs et autres tiers concernant les SEG/RSE et le climat
- Soutenir d'autres équipes avec leurs projets RSE
- Mener à bien des projets ad hoc pour soutenir nos activités ESG en pleine croissance

At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential part of the decision-making process, integrated into the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. This position is a real opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and provide practical solutions to our financial analysts and portfolio companies.
- Research and analyze ESG, climate, and impact themes/indicators across a broad range of companies and sectors
- Assist investment teams with ESG due diligence, ESG/impact action plans and monitoring.
- Oversee ESG and other reports
- Respond to questions from investors and other third parties regarding ESG/CSR and climate
- Support other teams with their CSR projects
- Carry out ad hoc projects to support our growing ESG activities

**Profile**:

- [FR] _
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé)
- Une expérience préalable dans la gestion de projets ESG/impact ou RSE
- Une expérience préalable dans la recherche climatique ou quantitative sera un avantage
- Bon esprit d'équipe, forte éthique de travail et souci du détail
- Maîtrise de MS Office Excel - La connaissance des outils financiers et des bases de données (par exemple Bloomberg) est également un atout

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in ESG/impact or CSR project management
- Previous experience in climate or quantitative research will be an advantage
- Good team player, strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Knowledge of financial tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg) is also an asset
