Chez Tikehau Capital, l'ESG est un élément essentiel du processus de décision, intégré à l'analyse fondamentale de nos équipes d'investissement. Ce poste est une réelle opportunité de faire partie d'un gestionnaire d'actifs alternatifs en pleine croissance et de fournir des solutions pratiques à nos analystes financiers et aux sociétés du portefeuille.
- Rechercher et analyser les thèmes/indicateurs ESG, climatiques et d'impact dans un large éventail d'entreprises et de secteurs,
- Assister les équipes d'investissement dans le cadre de la diligence raisonnable ESG, des plans d'action ESG/impact et du suivi,
- Superviser les rapports ESG et autres,
- Répondre aux questions des investisseurs et d'autres tiers concernant l'ESG/CSR et le climat,
- Soutenir les autres équipes dans leurs projets RSE,
- Réaliser des projets ad hoc pour soutenir nos activités ESG croissantes.

At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential part of the decision-making process, integrated into the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. This position is a real opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and provide practical solutions to our financial analysts and portfolio companies.
- Research and analyze ESG, climate, and impact themes/indicators across a broad range of companies and sectors,
- Assist investment teams with ESG due diligence, ESG/impact action plans and monitoring,
- Oversee ESG and other reports,
- Respond to questions from investors and other third parties regarding ESG/CSR and climate,
- Support other teams with their CSR projects,
- Carry out ad hoc projects to support our growing ESG activities.

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral),
- Expérience préalable en gestion de projet ESG/impact ou RSE,
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du climat ou de la recherche quantitative serait un avantage,
- Bon esprit d'équipe, forte éthique de travail et souci du détail,
- Maîtrise de MS Office Excel - La connaissance des outils financiers et des bases de données (par exemple Bloomberg) est également un atout.

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken),
- Previous experience in ESG/impact or CSR project management,
- Previous experience in climate or quantitative research will be an advantage,
- Good team player, strong work ethic and attention to detail,
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Knowledge of financial tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg) is also an asset.
