**YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT**:
Our Purina Research and Development Center is looking for its future Process Engineer to join the team. As a Process Engineer, you will contribute to the development of innovative new solutions. You will be responsible for:

- Planning and conducting factory trials to meet development objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to carry out complex projects
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proposing continuous improvements in production processes
- Training staff on new technologies and methods
- Documenting project results and tracking performance indicators
- Participating in the implementation of new technologies within the team

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, agri-food or related field)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team spirit and ability to motivate others
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills

**VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ**:
Notre Centre de recherche et développement de Purina est à la recherche de son.sa futur.e Ingénieur.e Process pour ses équipes. En tant qu'Ingénieur.e Process, vous participerez au développement de nouvelles solutions innovantes. Vous serez responsable de:

- Planifier et réaliser des essais en usine pour atteindre les objectifs de développement.
- Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour mener à bien des projets complexes.
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Proposer des améliorations continues dans les processus de production.
- Former le personnel sur les nouvelles technologies et méthodes.
- Documenter les résultats des projets et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies au sein de l’équipe.

**A PROPOS DE VOUS**:

- Diplôme en ingénierie (chimique, mécanique, agroalimentaire ou domaine connexe).
- Minimum 6 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projets.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité à motiver les autres.
- Curiosité et volonté d’apprendre de nouvelles compétences.
