At CompuGroup Medical we have the mission of building ground-breaking solutions for digital healthcare. Our vision is revolutionizing how healthcare professionals produce, access, and utilize information and thus enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes.

For our next-generation Digital Ambulatory Care Solutions we are expanding our global, pan-European R&D and Product Management Center. We are looking for creative minds and team players who understand Agile development, love technical challenges, be able to work cross-functionally, semi-remotely and strive to grow professionally and contribute to a diverse culture.

What you will do:
- You are responsible for leading an engineering team by managing and growing engineers in your agile team-
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills allow you to draw the business deliveries into engineering tasks and help your team to deliver-
- You are a passionate people leader with empathy-
- You are a good communicator and can translate business language to engineering language-
- You have a good understanding of agile principles of working in agile teams- What you will bring:
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience with some experience in people leadership roles-
- You have a good experience with Java 11+, cloud native technologies and CI/CD concepts-
- You have good knowledge of Angular 11+, Quarkus/Spring boot, Open stack, K8s, and API first approach-
- You have leadership experience and can coordinate the workflow of the team and communicate outside team with other stake holders-
- If you've worked in healthcare or related fields, this will be a plus-
- Your personal strengths include your reliability and your ability to self-correct, in addition, you would like to use your broad spectrum of experience to act as a mentor for colleagues-
- Your ability to work in a team and your very good communication and writing skills in English (C1) complete your profile. Please submit CV in English.- What we offer you:
