One of the main drivers and key priority for the Sephora roadmap of the following years is the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. As an international program involving more than 30 countries on 4 continents, this business transformation is highly sponsored and visible by the executive board of our Maison.

This Global program is structured in several deployment waves to cover all countries. The Pilot, covering 2 countries, is Live since September 2024. This successful Pilot is a key milestone to the deployment of the S/4HANA core model designed for Sephora.

Inside the Global Supply Chain team, as a Project Officer, you will assist the Global Project Managers on the core model implementation and deployment, and will contribute to the continuous improvement around SAP and the Supply Chain.

**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- During the implementation of S/4HANA, you will assist the project managers for: _- Participate on design document production and co-animate workshops with business teams and experts
- Process review and update based on the recommendations from the project managers
- Consolidate functional requirements (key design decision maker, fit-gap analysis with countries of the Wave )
- Participate in all relevant comitology instances
- Assist the project managers during Key User training phases for Supply Chain, ensuring all relevant processes are correctly modelized and documentation is finalized beforehand
- Contribute and coordinate the User Acceptance Test phases (test scenarios, test cases loading in dedicated tool )
- Besides, for the continuous improvement and the development of the Supply Chain SAP Center of Expertise, you will help to: _
- Produce documentations for enhancements which will be useful for illustrating the build and deployment phases to all the stakeholders (IT, Business teams, governance )
- Support on the construction of a global roadmap and further implementation plans
- Create training documents to increase the level of expertise within the Supply Chain teams: In the end, the target is to create a community to share best practices, harmonize processes and KPIs, propose solutions based on the capabilities of our SAP modelParticipate in the testing phases with the regional teams and consolidate all the changes in case of impact on processes and operations to challenge it- Master’s degree in supply chain / project management or its equivalent
- At least, one significative professional experience in the Supply Chain domain is necessary
- You have demonstrated autonomy in your previous experience and are recognized for your dynamism and the quality of the documents you produce
- You will be working in a multi-cultural environment where a very good level of English (oral and written) is mandatory to succeed
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Interest in Business Process Modeling tools
