**MISSIONS**

En lien direct avec les co-fondateurs, en tant que Head of Operation, votre rôle est principalement d’assurer la meilleure expérience possible aux professionnels de santé et à leurs patients qui se rendent chaque jour dans le réseau.

Vos missions:

- Recruter, structurer et encadrer l'équipe des opérations. Vous participez activement à la formation d'une équipe composée de Responsables des Opérations et de Gestionnaires de la réussite client, en suivant leur développement individuel et en favorisant leur montée en compétences.
- Assurer le suivi des activités pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de satisfaction client et la gestion rigoureuse des budgets.
- Mettre en place de nouveaux outils et processus afin de permettre une expansion à grande échelle.
- Documenter et reporter : Établir des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), identifier les leviers d'amélioration et veiller à une documentation adéquate des processus.
- Collaborer de façon étroite avec les fondateurs pour définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie opérationnelle de la start-up.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

**Formation et parcours**
- Bac +5 - École de Commerce, École d’Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire
- Au moins 6 ans d’expérience dans les opérations physiques / terrains
- Expérience de management d’une équipe de plus de cinq personnes en startup/scale-up

**Hard skills**
- Capacité à recruter, structurer et coacher l’équipe Opérations
- Force de proposition sur l’implémentation de nouveaux outils et process
- Mise en place de monitoring et de reporting
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie opérationnelle en lien direct avec les fondateurs
- Assurer le suivi des activités
- Forte sensibilité à la satisfaction client
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
