In this position you will lead and manage all aspects of implementing and improving cross-functional business processes for the Pharmaceutical Systems Business Unit driving improvements in the product lifecycle management processes for all regions

**Broad Scope & Purpose**:
Leads and manages all aspects of implementing and improving business processes for the business units/ functions/ regions in one or more of the processes in these areas:

- Expert in the Field of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) - through the Stages of Development, Product Introduction, Operational, Phase Out and Obsolescence, working as a primary partner with the Worldwide R&D Department, with Interfaces into WW Engineering, Marketing and the Business Platforms.
- Expertise in the Polarion System is a significant advantage with implementation and operational experience

**Responsibilities**:
**Portfolio Management**
- Actively support efforts for Project Prioritization across the business to align with strategic objectives
- Act as project manager or core team member
- Review and recommend prioritization of work requests (i.e. projects, CI, change requests, break/fix)

**Process Management - Change Management, Competency & Metrics**
- Support the change readiness to adopt process initiative.
- Engage and communicate to the organizational leadership about project progress, issues and solutions.
- Drive process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools.
- Ensure efficient knowledge management to allow process sustainability and adaption
- Work closely with the business to define and implement the metrics for their process area.
- Review, analyze, and improve process health and associated metrics

**Activate and Sustain the Process Network**
- Actively participate in process forums with Global Process Owners and Business Process Management
- Identification and maintenance of a PLM super user network for working forums established,
- Continuous improvement loop and definition of metrics with the group.
- Capture expertise on systems (Polarion, SAP and connected), act as level 2 support, super users being level 1

**Solution Delivery - Release Planning & Execution**
- Generate Excel / VBA tools to simplify SAP usage or other systems (identify business workflow, develop tool and related documentation, ensure training)
- Responsible for initial triage of issues/questions from Super Users
- Provide business case rationale and requirements (Idea/Demand SIAM process) for enhancements to processes/system
- Implementing and supporting Change Management and user adoption

**Sustaining Operations**
- Supports business SU and users to deliver results and sustain operations, CI & Knowledge transfer
- Generate and keep up to date the Knowledge Management documents.

**About you**:

- English Language skills are a must (proficiency in written & oral) - French is desired.
- Advanced Super User of Polarion with experience in PLM Integration.
- Broad knowledge of SAP ECC and Product Master Data Structures
- Superb Communication and Presentation Skills
- Excellence in Business Analysis - analyzing and solving problems, and translating business requirements into user requirements specifications
- Experienced in providing user and internal customer support and coaching
- At ease with complex data structures, analysis and investigations
- Must be hands on - leading improvements and changes by doing
