**What is my role?**:
**As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be the main contact for the industrialization of products, internally for the Project organization, and externally for our industrial partners. You will manage the development, deployment and qualification of technical processes and specific tools implemented by our industrial partners.**:
**You will work within the Technical Operations team, and will be required to work closely with**:

- **internally**:

- R&D (HW Development, SW, Components, Qualification) ;
- Operations (Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, Quality...) throughout the product lifecycle to ensure product manufacturability and meet the operational needs of the Supply Chain.
- **externally**:

- you will manage with industrial partners the deliverables of manufacturability, prototype batches, industrial process implementation, and performance monitoring throughout the product life cycle.

**What am I responsible for?**:
You will be in charge of all activities related to the industrial introduction of new products:

- Elaboration of the industrial plan
- Engineering manufacturability of products with R&D
- Optimization of the manufacturing cost of the products
- Management of product technical files
- Development, deployment and qualification of processes
- Management of industrialization budgets and investments
- Mitigation of industrial risks

You will coordinate industrial partners:

- Privileged interface for all technical aspects
- Management of the launch of new products and end of life of old ones
- Qualification of the processes implemented
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of the performance of implemented processes
- Adjustment of production capacities to the needs of the Supply Chain
- Management of prototype needs for R&D
- Management of product evolutions
- Management of ALE technical support in case of manufacturing problems

With 5 years of successful experience in the industry, you ideally have acquired the following knowledge/experience:

- Mastery in industrial project management
- In-depth knowledge of industrialization of HW sub-assemblies and finished electronic products
- General knowledge of software integration and testing technologies
- Good knowledge of methodologies for finding technical solutions with industrial partners in an international environment
- Good knowledge of printed circuit board technologies and electronic board assembly
- Good knowledge of mechanical assemblies and plastics processing
- Knowledge in manufacturing of consumer or professional products
- General knowledge in the field of industrial process auditing
- Process engineering experience
- Electronic assembly experience, preferably SMT experience
- Knowledge of Lean, preferably training in lean
- Corrective and preventative action experience
- Professional and operational English
