Your mission
Hey there,
we want to offer You your first great Job experience to help us generate more renewable energy for all of us
**As a Sales Assistant you support us in many ways, like**:
- Be responsible for first communication with customers
- Backup sales manager
- Sales administration
- Able to coordinate with divers internal department (Operation, Service, Finance)
- Follow-up with contracts, deliveries
Please note, that this position is a fix term position of 12 months duration due to a maternity leave within our team.
**Profile**:
We require not much from You, basically we are looking for You if You are a person, that:
- Able to proceed different missions at the same time
- Well organized
- Excellent skills in French (mother-tongue level) and English.
- Education and/or working experience in sales administration
- Knowledge in SAP system or similar
- Basic knowledge regarding international commerce (especially incoterms) and familiar with finance environment
