**Essential job duties and responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for an entousiastic Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support the Global Director, Quality and Insights in her main missions by delivering a high-quality service for external and internal customers across a cost effective and scalable platform:
As Data Analyst / Business Analyst you will be in charge of building data sourced from internal process flow tools, SalesForce and Services cloud, to analyse and document process, compliance and provide some structured information for end users and internal stakeholders, improving existing delivery process and deploying the client satisfaction survey and share analysis and insights to the Sales community.

**Main responsabilities**:
Design of Dashboards to monitor compliance, teams’ performance and other CoE related activities
- Collecting and consolidating requirements from the CoE stakeholder
- Identifying and organising data sources
- Ensuring data flows are set on a sustainable way
- Designing tables and visuals adapted to their final audience

Document and Analyze existing process flows, participate in the To-be implementation
- Making the inventory of existing reports offered on the internal self-service platform
- Creating or update some documentation related to the platform (user guide, support sheets for the developers)
- Analysing potential redundancies and dependencies between the various reports
- Proposing enhancements and simplification of the report offer and help with the execution

**Qualification**:
You are currently preparing a Masters including an analytical component and are looking for a 6-month internship from January.
You have a sense of data and advanced knowledge of Excel
You have knowledge of SQL, Power BI and other data analysis tools
Knowledge of NPS methodology is an asset
You are fluent in English (C1 / C2)
