**About Shipper Portal**
We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our Shipper Portal team in Paris, to work on our digital platform, with a focus on time-sensitive delivery needs.
Shipper Portal is an online platform that enables our customers to find, book and trace on-demand delivery for all kinds of shipments.
**Responsibilities**
- Identification of needs through Product discovery techniques (customer interviews, product analytics )
- Organize and manage the short and medium-term roadmap, in close collaboration with Sales and Operations
- Write business requirement documents, user stories, and test books
- Define and monitor product KPIs
- Solve complex problems by collaborating with the whole Tech team
- Collaborate with Shipper Portal development team, and other cross-functional teams, using agile practices
**Preferred experience**
- 3+ years in product owner / business analyst or similar roles
- Agile Methodology Knowledge and best practices
- Business oriented: You have strong analytical skills, a strategy and business-oriented vision
- Solution Oriented: You like to understand the source of friction, conduct analyses, investigate to discover problems and find creative solutions.
- Customer centric : you put the customer at the heart of every decisions you take
- Organized: You are rigorous and able to organize a roadmap, prioritize and complete a project
- You have a good understanding of technical aspects
- You are fluent in French and English
