Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Our HR team are recruiting for a HR Generalist to join the team in Grenoble, France.

Responsibilities:

- Personnel administration
- Recruitment and hiring
- Termination of employment contracts
- Monitoring social legislation
- Payroll supervision
- Management of insurance and health mutual contracts
- Follow-up on medical visits
- Management of internal mobility
- Support to managers on all HR matters
- Collaboration with the European HR team on various topics: Diversity and inclusion, performance management program, KLA Foundation, Learning & Development
- Organization of training in France
- Various administrative tasks

You demonstrate great autonomy. Friendly, you make proposals to your managers in France and Europe. Good level of English required. Knowledge of office tools. Executive status. Gestionnaire RH

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
