**Job Description**:
Under the umbrella of the **Internal Audit department**, based across multiple locations worldwide, the **Junior Internal Control Coordinator** will be required to work with the Business Divisions and Transversal Functions to support the Technicolor Internal Control program development and testing in coordination with the Internal Control Program Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist the Program Manager in managing the Group’s internal control program:

- Prepare and maintain the Key Performance Indicators of the program.
- Raise internal control awareness through defined marketing campaign to stakeholders.
- Participate in the revision exercise of internal control processes with process owners.
- Provide training to control owners so they can notably perform the self-assessment.
- Monitor the progress of the self-assessment and support control owners when needed.
- Perform the independent internal control testing.
- Contribute to the quarterly and year-end Audit Committee and Executive Committee presentations.
- Follow up on the remediation of previous internal control findings.
- Perform campaign related data analytics procedures to ensure adequate quality in the preparation and results of the campaign.
- Coordinate and assist internal and external auditors in their periodic reviews.
- Handle special projects and perform other Internal Audit duties as assigned.

2. System administration:

- Maintain the Internal Control system
- Set up and update processes and controls in the system
- Manage user access
- Monitor progress and quality of results

**Qualifications**:
Graduate in Internal Controls/Auditing/Finance/Accounting, you have min 2 years experience (Big 4, consulting, operations, and/or IT or Security a plus).

As a professional, you demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management (incl. C Suite).

Open-minded, agile, capable to adapt to changing and demanding environment, you must have good initiative, you're able to set and attain goals, meet deadlines, multi-task, and cope well with non-structured assignments.

You have a high capacity to synthesize communications and contribute to a strong team spirit, good communication skills, active listening, critical thinking skills, and strong organization.

Demonstrates high level of quality work.
