**Votre rôle et vos missions**:

- Steer the AXA entities in order to ensure the coherence of the strategies, the consistency of the commercial approaches as well as the optimization of the risks and results;
- Defining and coordinating Group policies, different transversal projects and standards, identifying and sharing best practices;
- Supporting the entities to help them to grow, to develop their offer, their management and steering standards as well as their risk management.

The head office of AXA Group (GIE AXA), based in La Défense Majunga, gathers the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates and steers the various entities according to the Group's strategy and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters is composed with over 850 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities).

**Management Presentation**:
The Alternative and Credit Team “ACT” is part of the Finance and Investment division that oversees and steers AXA Group’s investments. The main objective for the team is to define and ensure the proper deployment of AXA Group’s Investments while maintaining the resilience of AXA Group’s balance sheet.

**Main purpose**:
The apprentice will gather and analyze financial and macroeconomic data, contribute to the writing of the macroeconomic and financial memo, maintain and improve the economic and financial databases. The apprentice will report to the Chief Fixed Income Strategist and Emerging Markets and will work closely with the other team members.

**Core activities**:
The main tasks for the internship:

- Gathering and analyzing economic and financial data from various sources (Central Banks, OECD, BIS, Bloomberg, etc )
- Building, improving or updating databases on economic and financial indicators
- Contributing to the economic and financial memos related to the macro and investment strategy
- Realization of sovereign credit analysis

**Votre profil**:
**Technical and professional skills**:

- Macroeconomics, Financial Mathematics, Corporate Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency in IT tools (notably excel) and coding expertise (VBA) required

**Communication skills**:

- English fluency required (spoken and written); other language and French a plus

**Experience**:

- Financial or economic graduate from Business / Engineering Schools or Master Degrees from Universities
