Your mission*

As our future **FP&A Associate**, you will be joining the Finance team and work in a multicultural environment with skilled, friendly and dedicated colleagues, whose mission is to structure, analyze and forecast BlaBlaCar’s activity and financials. Your role will be to produce reliable and insightful financial data and reports in order to ensure BlaBlaCar’s financial health and growth. You will act as a business partner to all managers across the organization to ensure efficient investments.

**Your responsibilities**
- Consolidating and analyzing our monthly reporting of KPIs and financials for the group’s executive committee
- Producing investor reports
- Building company-wide budgets and conducting quarterly reviews in close collaboration with all managers across the organization
- Constantly improving our tools, processes and dashboards to steer our analysis towards impact and actions
- Formulating strategic recommendations to increase our revenues and optimize our costs, and closely follow checkpoints of our company objectives

**What makes you a great fit**
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Auditing, Transaction service, or Financial Planning & Analysis (prior experience in a startup, scale-up, or internet company is a plus)
- Strong grasp of business and financial statements: P&L ownership, Cash-flow and Balance Sheet
- Outstanding analytical skills, agile and hands-on, high attention to detail, committed to making an impact
- High level command of excel
- Knowledge of Financial ERPs & other tools (e.g. Workday, Anaplan, Tableau) is a plus
- You embrace change, are able to prioritize and focus on added-value tasks while being humble and enjoying to share & learn from others
