Vous rejoignez l'équipe M&A en qualité d'Associate et participez activement à l'exécution de mandats de fusions-acquisitions.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour mission de:
- Participer activement à l'exécution des opérations de M&A et de levées de fonds ;
- Développer et entretenir les relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes, en particulier les fonds d'investissement ;
- Superviser la préparation des documents marketing réalisés pour les clients (teasers, information memorandum ) ;
- Effectuer des analyses financières approfondies et élaborer des modèles financiers ;
- Fournir des conseils et un encadrement aux membres juniors de l'équipe.

De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 4 ans d'expérience en M&A.
Vous maîtrisez:
- Le secteur des TMT (technologies, média et télécommunications), et notamment l'industrie audiovisuelle et cinématographique ;
- Le pack office ;
- La maîtrise de VBA est un plus.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:
- Rigoureux, réactif et doté d'un fort esprit d'équipe ;
- Reconnu pour vos qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
