We have created this Founders Associate role specifically for ambitious, high-potential professionals to work alongside the founders on a wide-ranging of strategic and operational initiatives, with the potential to grow into the role of Chief of Staff. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with significant experience in business development, operations, or a related field, who is looking to make a meaningful impact on a mission-driven startup and grow their career alongside the company. Tasks In this multifaceted role, you'll be exposed to various aspects of the startup landscape, including strategy, fundraising, product development, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, and legal. This comprehensive experience provides the perfect foundation for honing your skills, satisfying your curiosity, and shaping your career aspirations. **You'll be (non-exhaustive)**: - Spearheading cross-departmental collaboration, driving alignment and synergy across all teams to propel our sustainability goals and initiatives forward. - Developing and implementing high-impact strategies, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of our mission and vision. - Taking charge of mission-critical projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely completion, and exceptional results that fuel our company's growth. - Nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, fostering a strong network that supports our ambitious objectives. - Identifying opportunities for process optimization, streamlining operations, and driving efficiency across the organization to ensure we remain agile and innovative. - Serving as the CEO's (or the team’s actually) most trusted advisor and MUCH MORE **Requirements**: - 2 or more years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a startup or lean environment. - Full fluency in English (French / ASEAN languages are a significant plus; other languages are also welcome) - Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive insights from data and inform decision-making - A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action (a specialization in the domain is a plus) - If you happen to be in Paris (or are keen to relocate) - A preference for action over antagonization, and a belief in the power of human ingenuity to tackle challenges. - You enjoy learning about new topics, absorb information like a sponge, and are able to condense your learnings swiftly. - You have high standards in thinking and communicating clearly. You display and expect clarity in ideas, plans and actions. - You like to get sh\*t done, and understand that nothing ever created is perfect, and that action + momentum > perfection.
