Qui sommes-nous ?

Chez Solarock, nous croyons que le solaire mérite mieux.

Lancé fin 2023 par 3 fondateurs issus de la tech (Google, Palantir), des ENR (Engie, Enel) et de l'entrepreneuriat (Seekube, Manty), Solarock veut révolutionner le solaire résidentiel en France.

Notre ambition est simple : devenir le leader du solaire résidentiel d'ici 2030.

Pour y parvenir, nous construisons un modèle hybride associant un pilotage centralisé exigeant à une force de frappe locale, sur le terrain.

Nous venons de lever 7 millions d'euros pour accélérer notre déploiement.

Rejoindre Solarock, c'est intégrer une équipe passionnée, ambitieuse et ultra-exigeante, qui veut faire bouger les lignes d'un secteur clé pour la transition énergétique.

Le rôle de Founders Associate

En tant que Founders Associate, tu seras au cœur des opérations stratégiques et administratives de Solarock. Un rôle transverse, hyper responsabilisant, en lien direct avec les 3 fondateurs. Tu travailleras sur des sujets variés, allant de la finance à la structuration de l'entreprise.

Tes missionsReporting financier & suivi administratif

  • Préparation et mise à jour des reportings financiers mensuels & annuels

  • Participation à la rédaction des rapports de mission et d'activité

  • Suivi des sujets administratifs : assurances, contrats, RGPD, propriété intellectuelle

Structuration & documentation

  • Création de supports et de process documentés pour les équipes internes

  • Contribution à l'automatisation de tâches récurrentes via outils no-code / templates

  • Mise en place de bonnes pratiques pour accompagner la scalabilité de l'entreprise

Projets spéciaux & coordination

  • Prise en main ponctuelle de projets transverses stratégiques à fort impact

  • Interface avec les différents pôles (tech, ops, sales, etc.)

  • Préparation des comités de direction, revues de performance, présentations internes
