En véritable Account Manager, tu identifieras les meilleures opportunités en collaboration avec le Business Unit Manager.
Pour cela, tu seras en charge:
- De développer les comptes stratégiques à travers la mise en place d’une relation de confiance et durable avec les clients ;
- De participer aux réponses à appels d’offres et aux référencements des comptes clients ;
- De mener des négociations auprès d’interlocuteurs de hauts niveaux ;

A travers cette expérience, tu sauras rapidement te constituer un portefeuille clients.
Autonome et responsable, tu auras un poste clé. En accord avec ton manager, tu pourras établir ton propre plan d’action.
- **Recrutement : 20%**
- Tu communiques sur les opportunités avec l’équipe de recrutement (annonces, réseaux sociaux, networking, etc.).
- Tu conduis les entretiens et coordonnez le process de recrutement.
- **Management : 10%**
Gérer la relation avec vos consultants qui assurent la prestation de services chez les clients:
- coaching,
- management,
- suivi de carrière.
