**Context**

As the Acquisition performance & International lead, your mission is to guarantee the profitability of all our marketing investments with a strategic and transversal vision and to ensure the ManoMano’s international growth. You will report to the Head of Acquisition & SEO manager and will work cross-functionally with the commerce, communication, finance and tech team.

This is a strategic, data-driven role that requires excellent planning and analytical/financial skills to optimize budget allocation, maximize business volume, and enhance margin across our European markets.

**Main missions**

**1. Monitor & manage the performance of acquisition investments**

Be responsible for marketing budget monitoring, both on paid acquisition campaigns and onsite customer generosity (incl. commercial operation).

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of budget allocation, making adjustments to improve ROI and achieve overall acquisition targets.

Develop performance control & management tools of the marketing expenses for the Head of Acquisition and the Finance team and support the marketing & commercial experts in managing their campaigns in all countries.

**2. Pilot the international growth strategy**

Drive ManoMano’s growth objectives by developing and implementing with the acquisition & commercial experts, expansion strategies aligned with our international business goals and local specificities.

Allocate the available marketing budget across countries to optimize business volume and margin, ensuring a balance between short-term performance and long-term value creation.

Provide insights and recommendations to address market-specific opportunities and challenges, working closely with local commercial & marketing teams to adapt acquisition strategies as needed.

**3. Acquisition projects on strategic audiences**

Manage the Acquisition project manager.

Focus on acquiring high-value customers by identifying and prioritizing key audience segments in each country.

- Skilled at interpreting key metrics related to business volume, margin, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Excellent team collaboration skills, able to work closely with acquisition, marketing, and product teams to coordinate local strategies.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships across diverse teams and functions.
- Project Management and Adaptability
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Deep understanding of high-value customer segments and strategies to attract and retain them.
- Experience designing acquisition strategies that align with customer lifetime value and brand loyalty goals.
- Communication and Influence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey strategic insights and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work with international teams, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketin
