As a “Category Production Planner”, you will be responsible for building robust production plans for our Arches-Epinal Infant Nutrition factory. Respecting the agreed level of constrained capacity, you will ensure that finished goods are available with the highest quality, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across different areas of our business including: factory planning, production, quality, procurement, finance, demand & supply planning teams across several markets, and strategic projects.

A day in a life of a Category Production Planner
- Establish the 18-month optimal production plan for Arches-Epinal factory, ensuring continuous product availability in all receiving locations across Europe and AOA.
- Create an optimal constraint production plan that respect the committed capacity for the entire planning horizon (18 months), including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments, trials for new product development etc.
- Identify and effectively address all potential capacity issues in advance from an E2E perspective (factory, procurement, external factors), working closely with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering the network complexity and the supply constraints.
- Identify possible opportunities and improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18-month horizon balancing flexibility and reliability, while providing capacity simulations, scenario planning and contingency proposals.
- Coordinate annual Volume Commitment and own key volume inputs for the factory budgeting process.

**What will make you successful**
- Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in at least one of the following areas : Production Planning (MPS), Factory Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Purchasing, or Demand Planning.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Being able to challenge the current status quo.
- Analytical skills and eye for details.
- Proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders both externally and internally.
- Ability to balance priorities and to see the bigger picture beyond the scope of your job.
- Excellent communication skills.
