**Our four business divisions**: TCS is comprised of four business units, each market leading and each serving a different part of the entertainment industry. All four business are seeing considerable growth and there are no signs of this slowing.

**MPC** - Serves Film and Episodic organisations. Having won several Oscars and other prestigious awards MPC partners with all the world leading film studios and has worked on films including The Lion King, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Top Gun, 1917, The Greatest Showman and Guardian of the Galaxy, to name but a few.

**The Mill** - Serves advertising organisations and has helped create some of the world’s most recognisable brands. With clients including Apple, Amazon, Budweiser and Nike The Mill is the most recognisable name in VFX advertising.

**Mikros** - Creating market leading animation, Mikros has created iconic shows such as Rug Rats, Alvin and the Chipmunks, SpongeBob and Paw Patrol.

**Technicolor Games** - Serves AAA game studios and work on asset creation as well as cinematics. Having worked on titles such as Call of Duty, Resident Evil, FIFA and Grand Theft Auto, Technicolor Games is growing incredibly quickly and rapidly moving into other areas of the games’ ecosystem.

**Job Description**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Through communication with key stakeholders, develops and implements risk management procedures while considering the organization’s historical context and change impacts.
- Implements, updates, documents, and manages risk management and safety initiatives that align with overall goals. Promotes and ensures local management’s compliance with loss prevention initiatives.
- Works with executive leadership, Director, and insurance brokers in procuring appropriate international insurance policies as assigned.
- Negotiates terms and conditions with insurance professionals and makes recommendations to executive leadership.
- Oversees the administration of assigned corporate insurance programs, which may include property/business interruption, general/civil liability, professional liability, cyber risk, and entertainment production.
- Manages claims handling functions and tracks progress of potential claims and claims (commercial general liability, professional liability, property/business interruption, entertainment production, etc.) until such claims are resolved/closed by working closely with local management, insurance brokers, and insurance carriers.
- Communicates directly with corporate attorneys and/or outside counsel on litigated claims and facilitates settlements at executive leaderships’ discretion.
- Strives to reduce frequency and severity of current claims and potential claims.
- Analyzes trends, stays current on new regulations and laws, and keeps executive leadership apprised.
- Responds to risk related concerns and issues of internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the company’s risk tolerances and recommends proper loss prevention and loss reduction techniques regarding liability and risk issues.
- Contributes to preparation of department budget and oversees expenditures.
- Reviews and revises insurance provisions of a variety of contracts (statements of work, professional services agreements, leases, non-disclosure agreements) to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Recommends changes in policy and practices to establish and achieve goals and objectives related to risk management and to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regional laws and regulations.
- Ensures reporting to various agencies is completed in an accurate and timely manner, as needed.
- Works closely with local management and insurer representatives to support the timely and professional response to emergencies.
- Reports department milestones, benchmarks, and lessons learned to leadership.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive insurance/risk management experience in a corporate insurance department or with an insurance broker or insurer.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in risk management, insurance, business, law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications and coursework in risk management.
- Strong understanding of indemnity provisions and transferring risk contractually.
