Regional Director

As a Regional Director (M/F) you will report into the National Director and you will manage a team of more than 120 people and 22 stores spread over the Brittany-Normandy area. You will set your region up for success to achieve the set objectives for the region, whilst at all times working in accordance with company policy.

PPG, the French leader in the sale of paints and paint products to professionals, under the brand name Comptoir Seigneurie Gauthier has a store network of 275 stores throughout the country. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the Brittany-Normandy region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and implement a strategic reflection on the company's slaes and marketing strategy in the Brittany-Normandy region, including budget and contribute to the definition of product launches and commercial operations.
- Analyse the sales performance of the region and proactively and regularly propose improvement actions to the Management.
- Lead a sales team, made up of sales managers (who are leading teams which include sales outlets and technical sales representatives) and you yourself will be involved in the development of sales
- Manage the commercial relationship with key regional customers
- Ensure the operational functioning of the stores, in compliance with company policy, in particular in the area of Health, Safety and Environment.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc or MSc, specialising in management and/or business.
- You will have at least 8 years' successful experience in sales management, acquired in specialised distribution, ideally within an international group.
- Your energy and personality will be the key factors for success in this role.
- Ability to build and foster a team spirit in which members are able to grow and develop.
- You're an entrepreneurial individual, with qualities of creativity and tenacity.
- A keen sense of business and an excellent understanding of the region's economic fabric will also be essential.
- A good command of the English language will be key to your development within PPG.
