**Position**:
Business Analyst - B2B

You will join the
**Cloud R&D team** made up of around 70 engineers working in a
**startup spirit** and driven by a
**Devops culture**. On a daily basis you will
**interact with vendors, customers**, and Arrow Cloud Business Units in different countries
**to enhance and develop our cloud service** platform - ArrowSphere.

We are looking for a skilled
**Business Analyst**to join our Cloud team based in
**Courbevoie (remote work possible)**

**Business Analyst** mainly operate on the upstream part of the chain but not only.

**Business Analyst** must have a global view of operations up to billing vendor / partners in order to onboard in a simple and fluid way.

This therefore requires understanding vendor business rules to distribute their solutions but also the technical constraints of our platform in order to assess the possibilities for entering this project and, if necessary, initiating the necessary ArrowSphere evolutions.

Between project management and data control / analysis, his/her main functions are:

- maintenance of catalog data to ensure the reliability of the data used during each transaction on the platform
- the optimization of the processes of implementation and control of the data passing by the specification of the need with the developer and to ensure the good delivery of the codes provided
- be a support to the project teams to provide viable answers on the management of the data described and used above

Actively participating in vendor onboarding projects

**Responsibilities**
- ** Solutions and Delivery**:

- maintain database (catalog, process, etc.) throughout the life of the vendor into the plateform in order to guarantee the related/extended teams full and up-to-date accessibility to data,
- ** Expertise**:

- collaborate with Arrow R&D, field sales, pre-sales to help win new partners / new vendors. Make sure the project team writesproper specificationsthat are commonly agreed and understoodby the related/extended team,
- ** Insights**:

- Work with the R&D organization and provide input and vision for the ArrowSphere roadmap.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for
**experienced professional** with a solid background in
**data management & analysis** and excellent written and spoken
**communication skills in English**. We are also looking for people who are naturally
**empathetic**, eager to
**share their ideas** and determined to
**solve problems**, so
**analytical skills** and attention to detail are also desired.

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Degree in Commerce and / or Engineering,
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in **project management is necessary),**
- Ability to analyze functional needs and requirements from a technical point of view,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in **English,**:

- Interest in **Microsoft cloud technologies,**:

- Knowledge of tools**:JIRA,**:

- Knowledge of web technologies is a plus,
- Knowledge of **continuous improvment** approach,
- Previous experience with projects related to **B2B platforms** will be an asset.
