Business Analyst Lead

The Group reported in 2022 global revenues of €22 billion. **What's your mission**: As a Business Analyst Lead at GIT CSD HRSPAEP team you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of several junior and senior Business Analysts. You will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements are met, internal processes and policies are upheld, and functional delivery cycles are orchestrated end-to-end efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. You will serve as an ambassador for best practices and coach your team to achieve exceptional results. **Skills** Business Requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Functional Delivery - Accountable for entire functional delivery cycle, from requirement analysis to solution implementation (including coordination with development teams, external teams and vendors) ensuring a seamless and efficient process, - "End-to-End Oversight" : Monitor and manage all aspects of CHANGE/RUN from an end-to-end perspective, identifying, and mitigating risks and bottlenecks. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of BAs fostering their growth and ensuring their success in delivering high-quality results, - Act as an ambassador for best practices and facilitate continuous improvement within the team. Methodology, Process & Tool Compliance - Safeguard adherence to internal processes and policies, ensuring that all activities comply with established standards, - Be comfortable with Agile concepts and work closely with the team to ensure Agile principles are followed, - Drive the adoption of current and future delivery standards to enhance efficiency and consistency of our delivery Communication - Effectively communicate with stakeholders in english and french, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle. **Your Profil**: **Skills & Qualifications** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, - Proficient in english/ french communication, both written and verbal, - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, - Leadership and mentoring abilities, - Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, - Comfortable in ensuring process adherence and compliance. **What have we prepared for you ?**: Personal and professional development: - Development programs, external courses, education & certificates co-funding - NEXT platform with free access to Pluralsight, TED talks, Coursera materials, and virtual trainings: Excel, VBA, RPA, customer care and more.
