**Job Summary**

In this dynamic role, the Real Estate Director is at the forefront of shaping our retail and office footprint across the region, driving teams to secure the most strategic locations, negotiate optimal leases, and deliver cost efficiencies. With a strong focus on operational excellence, they elevate retail performance by improving lease terms and conditions, ensuring every decision supports long-term growth and agility.

They champion our expansion strategy, increasing consumer reach through the development of freestanding and CCS stores, while also reimagining the future of retail by enabling seamless omnichannel experiences and pioneering innovative store models. Central to their success is the ability to build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with top landlords across EMEA, ensuring collaboration and alignment in both retail and office environments.
- STRATEGY_
- Establish and direct execution of the Real Estate strategy for the region as one of the key pillar of the regional Retail Strategy
- Guide and frame negotiations with Real Estate Managers at the affiliate level
- Lead regional internal coordination among key stakeholders, legal, RDDC and ensure lease documentation & execution are incompliance with company policies
- Design consistent and forward-looking programs and policies; drive the standardization of Real Estate processes in the region in synergy with global existing best practices
- Create a Real Estate culture within the region, by communicating to other his/her passion for retail and by creating conversations and changing mindsets.
- Contribute to establishing strategic and relevant direction for the region and brands on retail and POS best practices
- Improve Data accuracy & leverage existing systems to spread Real Estate knowledges across region & secure all lease activities to support decisions
- MANAGEMENT_
- Work together with the regional Brands’ VPs & Finances teams and other corporate partners at global level, building transversal influence throughout brands on FSS portfolio, while taking into account brands’ specificities and maturity levels of each markets
- Build collaborative relationships with landlord to strengthen ELC leading position
- Lead on Real Estate committees meetings for Senior management
- Consolidate each brands’ retail development plan with Brands leadership, to propose and recommend the support needed to build operational success at POS
- Provide support & guidance on budget planning for CCS & FSS
- Lead the discussion on relevant Retail KPIs to support business growth throughout the region
- Set up and maintain strong relationships with the regional Brands leads, affiliate GMs, retail leads, brands leads & Real Estate manager to ensure alignment, engagement and collaboration on Retail strategy
- Manage EMEA ELC portfolio (offices, retails)

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ Years of experience
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills
- Strategic vision on Real Estate in Retail environment across EMEA
- Real Estate Working Experience in retail (brands/landlords/outlets/Brokers/asset management)
- Important Network in real estate (landlords/retailers)
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills

- Experience in Retail Expansion (Mapping, Network Planning, Demographics, Real Estate, Landlord Relationships, Lease Administration) and Freestanding Store Franchising/Licensing
