Implementation Manager

Aletiq is building a first of its kind technical data platform for industrial manufacturing. Manufacturers still operate in a way in which data is fragmented, operational teams are siloed and errors are a source of recurrent quality problems. With manufactured products becoming increasingly complex, the existing model and tools to support it are not sustainable, and engineers need a new way to design and industrialise.

Our data platform creates a single source of truth to solve these challenges and drive transformation and collaboration in the industrial manufacturing sector. Aletiq touches every role in the industrial creation chain, enabling collaboration from concept to production and helping companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost effective. Our platform is already deployed in over 50 different factories across 10 countries and is currently used by thousands of people.

Having recently secured a €5m seed round from Point Nine, we are currently adding key hires to help accelerate and support our growth curve.

The Customer Success team is at the heart of Aletiq’s mission, driving our customers’ success through seamless implementation, rapid adoption, and long-term satisfaction. At Aletiq, we pride ourselves on delivering fast, impactful solutions that empower over 60% of our customers’ employees to use our platform daily. This focus on agility and broad adoption highlights our unique ability to transform industrial operations. In this role, you’ll directly influence our clients’ success and play a pivotal role in fueling Aletiq’s growth and impact.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Tailored Implementation**: Collaborate with clients to design new workflows, manage technical rollouts, and drive adoption through training and change management.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Build trusted relationships, address inquiries, and provide support when needed to ensure customer success.
- ** Knowledge Enablement**: Empower users with training, videos, and articles while maximizing their understanding of Aletiq’s features and benefits.
- ** Feedback and Product Development**: Serve as the customer’s voice, sharing insights with the Product team and resolving technical challenges effectively.
- ** Use Case Expansion**: Identify and promote new opportunities that align with client goals and drive further adoption of Aletiq’s solutions.
- ** Support Business Growth**: Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and demonstrate Aletiq’s impact through measurable ROI assessments.

**Role Requirements**
- A first experience in consulting, project management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships quickly.
- Enthusiastic and energetic, with a proven ability to inspire and drive change in client teams.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech savvy, with curiosity to understand technical challenges.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Willingness to travel (~6 days per month to locations such as France, USA, Canada, Turkey) and a valid driver’s license.
