**Position Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible for the complete management of a project, starting from final negotiations with the customer. They will undertake all necessary actions in coordination with the engineering, supply chain, and erection processes according to the contract. The Project Manager oversees client interfaces, either directly for contractual aspects or through delegation for document control, quality control, and logistics aspects. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are required.

The Project Manager is a crucial and accountable stakeholder in the project, involved until the expiration of the warranty period. They play a significant role by coordinating all resources allocated to the project.

To accomplish this mission, the Project Manager must coordinate their team with care for contractual milestones and anticipating critical activities. Established company procedures and checklists ensure proper project management rollout. The Project Manager must be adept at contractual management, project monitoring and reporting, cost, quality, and team management (all detailed below). Given the industrial nature of our projects, a strong technical background is required, preferably with field experience.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
**1. Technical and scope management**- Insure proper communication with all stakeholders of the project. In this perceptive, technical skills and experiences are a must.
- Such skills in conjunction with contract management are key point to insure proper scope management of the projects.

2. Contract Management- Insure handover with sales teams, ressources allocation, internal kick-off and external kick-off with client.
- Act as customer’s primary contact from contract signing to completion, including obtaining the customer’s acceptance of the installation.
- Maintains a policy of clear and open communication with the customer.
- Examines all contract documents and acquires a thorough knowledge of all its technical and administrative aspects and defines in detail the scope of supply, goals and deliverables.
- In cooperation with the project members, he/she analyses all contractual documents and detects all specifications and requirements that deviate from HAMON standards and assesses their impact on the project execution.
- Ensures that parties comply with contract terms.
- Proactively manages changes in project scope and conditions and negotiates change orders in a timely manner so as not to impact the contract schedule or cost.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing. Follows up with the customer, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Minimizes risks exposure (technical, schedule, financial).

3. Plan and Monitor the Contract Execution
- Develop full scale project plans in line with customer’s contractual requirements, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Analyze and consolidate the implementation schedules which are provided by the Engineering processes, suppliers and subcontractors while integrating the quality control plan constraints.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify causes of potential delays and develop, evaluate and initiate optional courses of action. Monitor implementation of changes and their effect on the schedule and costs.
- Keep the project team well informed of changes.
- Track project milestones and deliverables and revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants in collaboration with Operations Manager.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely way.
- Plan and hold regular status meetings with the project team and subcontractors to measure work progress, detect changes in the critical path, define solutions to problems and define priorities.
- Set the minutes of status meetings expressing the findings, priorities and actions decided during them.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to Operation Managers in a timely way.

4. Contract Cost Management
- Monitor project performance and investigate changes in the estimated final costs in order to initiate action to maximize project profitability.
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and cash-flow.
- Prepare and participate to monthly/quarterly Project Status Review (PSR) with Operations Managers and EMEA Cluster management team.

5. Project Team Management
- Motivate the project team members to work together in the most efficient way.
- Keep track of lessons learned and share those lessons with the project team members.
- Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.

6. Quality Management
- Effectively ensure the implementation of internal quality assurance procedures.
