**About the Role**:
In this newly created position, the Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for software tools that support the company's key day-to-day activities and ensures that their implementation is optimized in order to simplify interactions between internal processes. Taking the lead in a development already underway, this position is one of the pillars of VITEC's future growth.
**Key Missions and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure, in close collaboration with the IT team and the managers of the various business lines (possibly consultants), the necessary support for the development and deployment of essential systems for each department (CRM, ERP, HR, Product Management, etc.)
- Understand the processes specific to the various trades and the processes in place.
Key will be to assimilate and take advantage of existing tools and available technologies to propose scalable solutions, adaptable to the development of the company.
- Conceptualize solutions and demonstrate their feasibility.
- Implement the interaction mechanisms between the different software processes and tools in place and ensurethe memory.
- Prepare and lead the training of teams in the use of the new tools and processes deployed.
- Propose the development route of the data management and control strategy in order to optimizethe resulting quality.
- Leverage the power of the digital tool to bring the organization, beyondits immediate performance, to achieve its long-term strategic objectives.

- You are actionable and committed to doing what needs to be done.
- Excellent project manager, you know, from an ambitious goal, establish the trajectory that will make it possible to achieve it, from specifications to commissioning to deployment, via the definition of practical cases and the realization of a model.
- Naturally tech-savvy, you like to promote the power of technology and implement it to simplify everyone's daily life, not hesitating to dive into the heart of software tools to define the optimal configuration that meets internal needs.
- You areequipped with organizational and planning skills on a global and multicultural scale; you are able to listen, understand and transcribe the needs of internal customers into a digital solution that meets their expectations. Born communicator, you are able to exchange with a multidisciplinary audience.
