**Overview of the role**:
We are seeking experienced **Program Managers/Directors**to lead the strategy and execution of our biosimilars pipeline throughout the development, launch and lifecycle phase in line with Alvotech business goals.

**Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Actively manage selected programs from the internal development portfolio, or special projects within the Program and Portfolio Management organization.
- Strategically plan and lead program activities, including the development and monitoring of comprehensive program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Develop and sustain high-quality, accurate program plans and forecasts.
- Ensure the delivery of program activities within forecasted budgets and timelines, upholding the highest standards of quality.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, employing advanced scenario planning skills.
- Facilitate stakeholder and governance communications and presentations.
- Oversee and manage dependencies and interfaces within the program.
- Initiate and coordinate decision-making and risk-management processes.
- Monitor and report on team progress, identifying and addressing performance gaps to ensure successful program outcomes.

**Education & Credentials**:

- Master’s Degree required, preferably in Biological Science.
- Certified Project Manager credentials or an MBA degree is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 7+ years in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including matrix team leadership.
- Biosimilars experience for global development, preferably from early to LCM phase.
- Experience in clinical development or product launch programs.
- Experience as a Program Manager in cGMP manufacturing, Quality, Clinical R&D, or Regulatory Operations groups is a plus.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Business and financial acumen with forecasting and resource allocation experience.
- Technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sciences or CMC technical teams is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive action, hold global teams accountable, and resolve interdependencies.
