**P2P.org** is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking.

We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security. For instance, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also place significant focus and resources on launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. From restaking, where we are the largest operator with a 20+% market share, to yield aggregators on stablecoins.

We are also actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**You will**:

- **Develop and manage budgets and financial plans** to achieve revenue targets — including setting goals, building financial models, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- ** Analyze performance across business units, streams, and networks**, identifying key trends, revenue drivers, and areas for improvement.
- ** Monitor key financial and operational KPIs** such as revenue, direct costs, gross margin, TVL, and infrastructure expenses.
- ** Evaluate profitability and cost structures**, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- ** Collaborate with business units** to ensure effective resource allocation and strategic investment decisions that align with financial goals.
- ** Prepare and present regular financial reports** for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- ** Conduct detailed factor analysis** of revenue, direct costs, TVL, and infrastructure spending to support strategic decision-making.
- ** Ensure accuracy in client bonus calculations**, automate processes where possible, and monitor on-time payments.
- ** Participate in the review and approval** of new revenue and rebate agreements.
- ** Continuously improve revenue-related processes and systems** to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- ** Work cross-functionally** with Business Development, Product, Data, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue and gross margin objectives with broader business strategies.

**You have**:

- Education in finance (a Bachelor's degree at minimum in finance, accounting or economics)
- Proven strong track record in finance-related roles at least 3 years
- Understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis tools and software
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent English
