Junior IT Administrator

**Description**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Junior IT Administrator, you'll be supporting our global IT team with day-to-day tasks and gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies. You’ll help ensure that our systems are running smoothly and that users receive timely and effective support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Your Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the global IT team on IT operations and support
- Assisting in monitoring systems and infrastructure to help ensure uptime and performance
- Helping to maintain IT documentation for systems, procedures, and user guides
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of user workstations and basic IT equipment
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Learning and following IT policies, processes, and best practices for IT security and support

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills and Knowledge (You don’t need to know everything, but familiarity is a plus)**
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux based systems
- Powershell Scripting Skills
- Monitoring Systems
- Active Directory Domain Services, Authentication Systems and Group Policy Objects
- Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms
- Video Conferencing - Zoom and Google Meet
- Ability to follow the ITIL processes - Problem, Incident and Change Management
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g. Azure, Intune, Microsoft Office)
- CompTIA Certifications (e.g. A+, Network+)
