**What you will be doing**
- Become a learning alchemist, combining AI analytics with pedagogical expertise to create golden opportunities for rapid language mastery
- Architect intelligent, adaptive learning systems that turn grammar from grueling to engaging, and transform vocabulary building into an adventure
- Engineer personalized learning journeys that flex and grow with each student, from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary analysis

**What you will NOT be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to supercharge student achievement in English and Language Arts through AI-powered innovation. Success means helping students master language skills twice as fast as traditional methods, across all aspects of reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis - all while maintaining the high standards of our 2 Hour Learning approach.
- A degree that speaks to your passion for language (Bachelor's or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field)
- A proven track record of 3+ years teaching ELA or developing curriculum that gets results
- Enough coding knowledge to speak the language of technology
- Hands-on experience with AI systems in educational contexts
- The analytical mind to turn complex data into actionable learning strategies
- The gift of clear communication, able to make complex concepts accessible to diverse audiences
