We are helping our client, a multinational retail company located in Lille (Francia), to search for an athlete to join the Human Resources team as a **LEARNING DESIGNER**. You will lead an international e-learning project for digital skills.

**What will be your mission?**:
Collect needs, define learning strategies, design and make available efficient skills enhancement paths within the defined perimeter.

You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience

**What will your responsibilities be?**:
Analyze and manage skills development needs and training paths.

Design and implement performant and efficient blended training courses

Monitor and animate skills training paths.

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**:
We need you to bring **2-3 years of experience** in creating blended training courses This is ESSENTIAL.

Proven experience in organizing face-to-face training courses

Knowledge of operational needs and the types of team members concerned by the training.

Knowledge or training in **Pedagogy or similar**

Residence in **Lille or near**.

Demonstrated experience in video editing and familiarity with advanced editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Solid understanding of theories, models, and best practices of instructional design

Experience **working in international environments or projects.**

Very **high level of English** - ESSENTIAL
