Senior Product Designer

**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer passionate about building tools that make life easier for Developers and DevOps.

You'll be in charge of improving the overall user experience for the hundreds of developers and DevOps using the Qovery platform today under all the aspects: onboarding, integration, deployment, troubleshooting etc...

As the only product designer in the team, you will be the main point of contact for any design-related topics, going from product improvements to marketing activities. You will work closely with the product teams (lead product manager, front-end dev team, CEO/CTO) and our Developer Experience team to ensure that customers have a seamless experience across our website, documentation, console, CLI etc.

More in detail:

- Partner with PM, engineers and stakeholders across the company to deliver products and features from conception to launch
- Lead the design process by prioritising the requests, gathering the requirements, preparing the design on Figma, collecting feedback, and improving your solution.
- Maintain our design system by creating new reusable components or updating the existing ones.
- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify and improve existing functionalities
- Create a unique visual brand that well known by industry peers
- Support the Developer Experience team in marketing activities (website improvement, logos etc.)

A typical day/week as a Product Designer at Qovery:

- Work together with your PM to define the UX/UI requirements and deliver the design in an iterative approach.
- Create or modify any existing component in our design system to speed up your design phase.
- Lead the design reviews with the PM and the front-end team, ensuring we all agree on the solution.
- Share your results with the company in the best format (Figma link, prototype, notion page etc..)
- Collect feedback from our Developer Experience team (DX), and client's demo and ensure they are prioritised in your backlog.
- Participate in the front-end team stand-up and sprint meetings
- Meet your colleagues in a co-working space (at least once a month, depending on your availability)

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- You have at least five years of experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS B2B product, preferably in the developer/IT industry.
- You are fluent in Figma and design systems.
- You love to make complex things easy through powerful abstraction and intuitive UX.
- You can structure your work to manage multiple topics in parallel while being in a fully remote environment.
- You have excellent communication.
- You are open-minded.
- Spoken and written English skills are required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- You have experience in the cloud industry
- You have experience on open source project
- You have experience in Dev Tools
- You have already worked in a startup
