Cdi - Colour & Graphics Manager W/m - Salomon

**We are looking for a **Colour & Graphics Manager W/M** to**:

- Lead our colour and graphics strategy across our apparel ranges.

**You will work in close collaboration with our Design, Colour, Product Creation, R&D, Development, Materials and Quality teams.**

**You will report directly to the Apparel Innovation Lab Director.**

**Main Activities**:

- Create a colour and graphic strategy based on trend analysis and insight.
- Communicate colour and graphics strategy with direct reports, cross category partnerships and leadership.
- Lead the colour and graphic design process in accordance with the defined calendar.
- Organize colour library with a variety of actual materials from existing product line.
- Research and communicate colour trends and seasonal colour opportunities.

**Specific Missions**:

- Work with the Creative leadership to create seasonal, mid-term, and long-term colour and graphics strategy.
- Analyse trends and colour forecasts.
- Create and present colour strategies / colour stories to internal teams - design, sales, marketing, management, etc.
- Work cross functionally to create colour merchandising strategies.
- Present research and colour stories both internally and externally.
- Manage the creative process for timelines and development
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in design, fashion, art, and other related areas and communicate these trends to design teams.
- Organise colour reviews and discussions according to season project calendars.

- _ Diriger notre stratégie couleurs et de graphisme pour l'ensemble de nos gammes de vêtements_

**_ Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Design, couleurs, Managers création produit, R&D, Développement, matières et qualité produit._**

Activités principales :_**
- _ Créer une stratégie en matière de couleurs et de graphisme basée sur l'analyse des tendances._
- _ Communiquer la stratégie en matière de couleurs et de graphisme avec les responsables hiérarchiques, les partenariats inter-catégories et la direction._
- _ Diriger le processus de conception des couleurs et du graphisme conformément au calendrier défini._
- _ Organiser la bibliothèque de couleurs avec une variété de matériaux réels de la gamme de produits existante._
- _ Rechercher et communiquer les tendances en matière de couleurs et les possibilités de couleurs saisonnières._

Missions spécifiques :_**
- _ Travailler avec le leadership créatif pour créer une stratégie de couleur et de graphisme saisonnière, à moyen et à long terme._
- _ Analyser les tendances et les prévisions en matière de couleurs._
- _ Créer et présenter des stratégies de couleurs / des histoires de couleurs aux équipes internes - conception, ventes, marketing, gestion, etc._
- _ Travailler de manière transversale pour créer des stratégies de merchandising en couleur._
- _ Présenter les recherches et les histoires de couleurs en interne et en externe._
- _ Gérer le processus créatif en termes de délais et de développement._
- _ Se tenir au courant des tendances émergentes en matière de design, de mode, d'art et d'autres domaines connexes et communiquer ces tendances aux équipes de conception._
- _ Organiser des revues et des discussions sur les couleurs en fonction des calendriers de projets saisonniers._

**Qualifications**
- **Needed Work Experience**: 5-8 years experience in trend, colour and graphics
- ** Education**: Diploma in fashion, graphics
- ** Foreign Language(s)**: proficiency in English
- ** IT Skills**: Fluent in Creative Suite software, Adobe CC and MS office.
- ** Specific Skills**:

- Must also be adept at evaluating colour and graphics across multiple projects each product season and ensuring that they are being used in a cohesive manner within the overall visual product strategy.
