Description du poste*
We are looking for a **EMEA Real Estate Manager** W/M** to**:

- Help to manage the retail portfolio for the Salomon brand company owned stores (Brand and Factory Outlet stores but also shop in shops and support the partner business).
- Assist in managing existing store portfolio via working through renewal/closure analysis, as well as the aggressive expansion plans. The role will also require the development of thorough executive summaries and presentations, analyzing the market, city mappings and potential locations for expansions.
- The key focus of the role is - the research and review of EMEA real estate markets, reviewing potential locations for the stores, negotiating the deals, working with construction through the process, and negotiating leases with legal. Creating presentations and executive summaries for city mappings as well as retail development planning for the group.

**You will work in close collaboration with our D2C team, District Managers teams.**
**You will report directly to the Global OPS and Development Director**

Main Activities: *
- Spearhead the store growth plan, initiate, negotiate and sign off all new leasing agreements
- Negotiate and sign off all deals across all stores including epicentres, high street, malls, out of town and factory outlets
- Research and review of global real estate markets and reviewing potential locations (market research)
- Creating presentations and executive summaries for city mappings as well as global retail development planning
- Project management: collaboration with the project members to make sure that all information is available, and tasks completed on time, everybody is up to speed with all information and gets the necessary support needed to fulfil their task
- Manages internal business partners to compile information needed for the retail development process
- Ability to seek out the appropriate information needed, internally and externally, and report back to the development team in an organized manner
- Financially savvy with clear understanding of P&L management & business planning
- Efficient and effective communication, management and analytical skill sets are mandatory to ensure successful execution of our objectives
