**For the EMEA region we are looking for a HRBP Europe.**

You will integrate the HR team and report to the VP People EMEA. You will animate the HR function for 4 brands in 8 regions in Europe, including France. It represents about 100 people, most of them IT experts or marketers.

You will communicate the HR strategy to the various countries in the EMEA region, ensuring that it is in line with local laws, customs and practices in each country.

You are the reference for the brand.

You communicate the Group's decisions, bringing the strategy to life in the countries while giving the Group a clear picture of the situation in each country.

Proactively coach, challenge, and influence senior management to develop the organisational capabilities required to deliver the business strategy.

Develop and lead organisational change.

Bringing projects and initiatives to a successful conclusion.

Act as a true HRBP, understanding the business and strategy while ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

You manage all dimensions of the HR Business Partner role:

- Taking joint responsibility with the business to plan and implement change by providing day-to-day support to managers and employees in HR & organizational management: Talent acquisition, mobility, development, headcount tracking, management initiatives to drive performance and employee engagement, diversity, communication events, etc.
- Initiating and following up all HR policies: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Talent Management, Rewards, Competencies, Performance Management, Goal Setting, Learning, etc. with managers and local stakeholders.
- Contribute to driving a culture with a global and entrepreneurial mindset in line with Match Group values.
- Ensure that the implementation of Corporate Policies & Compliance is in line with local rules and regulations.

You will be supported in your mission by shared services: talent acquisition, payroll and HR administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Master/MBA in Human Resources and ideally in Labor Law
- You have necessarily 5/7 years of experience including at least 2/3 years in a similar role.
- You have worked in a business-oriented international environment, supporting different levels of managers, on all the HR topics.
- Fluent English is mandatory as well as fluent in French.
- Preferably you are already familiar with the tech industry.
