**Events Projects Manager - Your future role? (temporary contract until Dec 31th 2026)**
- Are you passionate about perfumes? Do you want to discover how our Creation, Marketing, and Laboratories teams develop fragrances to meet the dreams and imagination of consumers?
- We offer you the opportunity to join the Global Communication team based in our European Center for Creation and Development in Perfumery, near Paris. The Communication team manages internal and external information dedicated to the world of perfume. They provide imaginative and transparent communication to support new projects.
- You will collaborate with the Global F&B communication team as well as our business units Communication team & stakeholders.
- At Givaudan, we inspire emotions and create unforgettable experiences. As part of our Fragrance & Beauty Global Communication team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through exceptional events worldwide.
- Your missions will include:

- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of global events for the Fragrance & Beauty division, from concept to completion.
- Managing event budgets, timelines, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver brand-aligned experiences.
- Overseeing event logistics, including venues, travel arrangements, technical requirements, and on-site support.
- Ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all touchpoints across physical and digital event formats.
- Monitoring and reporting on event performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Supporting internal communication around events to engage and inform employees.

**YOU?**

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Proven track record in managing complex, high-profile events in an international environment.
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in French and English; other languages are a plus.
- Business School/Communication training or University equivalent
- A rigorous, curious personality with good analytical and synthesis skills
- Writing skills, an interest in words and their meaning
- An excellent aesthetic sense
- A taste for teamwork
- Mastery of CANVA essential, Adobe suite a plus
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
