- Argenteuil, France - Your future position?**
- As a Key Account Manager for one of our global clients, you will be responsible for generating growth thanks to a strong collaborative teamwork, delivering high win rates, fostering strong customer relationships, for the client’s Personal Care Business.- If you are passionate about perfume development with sustainability at heart, consumer-led innovations and keen on generating new business opportunities, then this role will allow you to make an impact in our team

It could well be your perfect opportunity- Let’s join our team to leverage the power of perfume for one of our accounts with the highest growth potential and continue the excellent connections internally and with different stakeholders at the client side to deliver mutual growth.- Reporting to the Key International Account Manager, in this exciting role, you will:
- Grow Givaudan business by managing top and bottom lines
- Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships, including strong and direct connections with Marketing, R&D, CMI teams at the client side
- Effectively Manage Personal Care Projects, coordinating multi-functional teams: including defense of existing business and attacking new opportunities
- Develop and implement Strategic Account Plans with our cross-functional teams to grow the business for core listed and attack non-core listed categories
- Create inspirational/trends presentations and events with our cross-functional teams to generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate key projects in Europe and provide the needed support or guidance to the different regions.
- Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate and win briefs
- Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
- Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate ) to build sustainable growth
- Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

**You**
- Your professional profile includes:
- Graduate or higher degree
- 5-10+ years’ experience in the perfume industry as a sales or marketing manager or 5-10+ years in a FMCG company as a marketing manager with an appeal for the B2B business & the world of fragrances.
- International sales/marketing experience with a successful track record.
- Experience of leading functional teams and managing multiple complex projects.
- Creative and global mindset with a strong appeal for sustainable and sensorial innovations.
- Interest for the Beauty Care Category and associated macro-trends.
- Ability to create very strong connections internally and with different stakeholders at the client side to deliver mutual growth.
- Ability to identify and generate business opportunities.
- Great command of English, German is a plus.
