International Key Account Manager

Pixminds Group is recruiting, for its brand Lexip, an **International Key Account Manager** to support the brand’s revenue growth (+71% on first half of 2025). Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the role is embedded within a team of Key Account Managers based in France and abroad, all striving for operational excellence.

In 2025, Lexip is accelerating its product diversification with the launch of a new range in France dedicated to simulation (racing wheels and flight cockpits), designed to meet the expectations of a demanding audience.

YOUR MISSIONS

Negotiate product listings and commercial terms, and grow revenue from current retail clients in selected European territories.

Manage and develop sales with existing distributors in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, in collaboration with the International Sales Administration team.

Prospect identified potential clients in new territories.

Design and negotiate commercial operations and promotional campaigns.

Respond to tenders in collaboration with the Product Development, Purchasing, and Marketing teams.

Monitor and analyze client sales performance, product sell-through rates, and stock levels in collaboration with the International Sales Administration team, and define corrective action plans when needed.

Represent the Lexip brand at trade shows and industry events.

Identify and proactively suggest new product opportunities.

Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring.

YOUR PROFILE

With a higher education background, you have proven experience in export negotiations and managing foreign distributors in a competitive market, along with a strong interest in new technologies and the PC or console gaming universe.

Experience in the computer peripherals and/or gaming industry would be a strong asset.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish or Italian would be a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, thoroughness, autonomy, proactivity, and perseverance are key qualities that will help you succeed in this role.Team spirit, humility, and a good sense of humor will support your smooth integration into the Lexip tribe.

YOUR LOCATION

The position is based at our headquarters in Chambéry, where you’ll enjoy access to relaxation areas, a kitchen, a fully equipped gym with weekly coaching sessions, arcade machines, a pool table, and more.Location in Lyon or Paris can also be considered.

Travel within Europe is to be expected.
