To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Game Designer (freelancer contract) to join our Publishing team Role Overview As Senior Game Designer, you missions will be:
- Creating GDD & Roadmap.
- Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap.
- Balancing features.
- Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events.
- Playtesting builds.
- Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency.
- Deliver all the assignment on time, with a strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games. Benefits freelancer:

- Significant experience in a Senior Game Designer role within the gaming sector.
- English native or fluent: excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and clear communicator and a team player.
- Data-driven and Growth mindset.
