**What You’ll Do**

As the Commercial Excellence Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of BD’s transformation journey, working under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Commercial BD Excellence. You’ll collaborate with business units and regional leaders to deploy scalable, efficient, and impactful commercial processes that align with BD’s strategic goals.

Your mission:

- Implement and optimize lean methodologies across commercial operations
- Lead the deployment of BD Excellence tools (Growth Hub, SFDC, Marketo, ServiceNow)
- Champion the BD Way of Selling across global markets
- Facilitate training, certification, and adoption of excellence tools
- Drive performance through data visualization, KPIs, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a thought partner and change agent across departments and regions

**What You Bring**

We’re looking for a bold, action-oriented leader with:

- 4+ years of commercial experience (sales, operations, or leadership)
- 3+ years in a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen, VM, PSP)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills
- A passion for problem-solving and driving measurable results
- Willingness to travel (50-70%) across EMEA and globally

Preferred:

- MBA or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics
