As part of the e-Mobility division and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will contribute to the development of the electric mobility business in France. Become the ambassador of an innovative brand and participate in its growth In this position, your main mission will be to provide internal and external customer support (administrative assistance, sales and purchasing support, customer payments) and to coordinate files with the appropriate resources to ensure their complete handling and thus increase customer satisfaction.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Manage the processing of customer orders for new products, spare parts and services as well as purchase orders related to sales orders.
- Ensure the follow-up of the customer portfolio and factory work in progress, to guarantee the respect of the delivery schedule agreed with the customer and the project manager.
- Take into account and modify sales and purchase orders accordingly.
- Inform customers of the status of their order.
- Ensure the resolution of customer problems (delivery, order and purchase follow-up, late payment, etc.) in collaboration with sales, the Project Manager / Business Manager, logistics, management control, quality, and other internal or external teams.
- Participate in project reviews in order to have the elements for the follow-up of the files.
- Provide results to your management through regular back log monitoring.
- Participate in the definition of internal processes.
**Your background**:
- At least 2 years of higher education in sales administration.
- Knowledge of ERP modules ADV would be a big plus (SAP).
- Fluent English and French is mandatory (read, written, spoken).
- You have a real taste for teamwork, are creative and able to make decisions, you are curious.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
