Within the Finance Department Europe, reporting to the Business Controller**, **you will support the European Business Units by bringing your expertise and experience in management control and industrial continuous improvement:

Your missions will be:

- In-depth analysis of the Supply chain, Manufacturing and Engineering performances
- Monthly Analysis of variances and actively participating in recommendations for industrial improvement
- Financial Analysis of Manufacturing Performances per Industrial Units and by Products
- Support to Medium and Long-Term plans, expense budgets and forecasts
- Inventory control performance metrics
- Promote Cost Control Culture across Stepan & support projects’ cost tracking to improve process efficiency, reduce waste and optimize cost savings
- Development, maintenance and update to Financial Analysis I/T Tools (use and reliability)
