**Your mission**:

- You will support the sales team in managing and updating CRM/ERP systems, analyzing data, and producing insightful reports.
- You will assist the sales team in drafting and preparing both technical and commercial offers.
- You will organize meetings, prepare presentations, and manage client files, providing essential administrative support.
- By tracking project progress and following up with clients, you will ensure that deadlines are met, and projects remain on schedule.
- You will support the sales team in their marketing strategies, contributing to the execution of key initiatives.

We offer you a working student job during your studies (approx. 15 hours / week, during the lecture-free period also more). Your assignment can start at short notice. We can arrange the working hours flexibly.

**Your profile**:

- You are currently studying business, management, a technical field with a commercial orientation (or similar).
- You are proficient in office tools and have gained first experiences with CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills (French & English), attention to detail, and teamwork
- You are interested to learn more about renewable energies.
- You enjoy contact with our customers and can convince with your strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- You are a team player and distinguish yourself by your careful and reliable way of working.
- Strong French and English skills round off your profile.
