**Your mission**:
Based in Paris, you will join a team of 4-6 people led by Joivy’s Group Director for B2B and Strategic Partnerships. Historically, Joivy’s customers have been individual students, young professionals and families. Due to the rising need for temporary and mid-term accommodation and our more than 10,000 rooms across Europe, Joivy’s product offer has proved extremely attractive to a large range of B2B clients (including local and international universities, educational agents and a host of corporate partners). We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist who will help us further develop this key market, in a period of intense growth and demand for our housing options.
**Your role**:
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will report to Joivy’s Group Director of B2B and Strategic Partnerships. Your role will include:
- Conducting meetings with a variety of potential partners to understand clients’ needs and to propose the most relevant Joivy housing solutions among our portfolio
- Collaboration and coordination with our French sales and operations teams to develop a diverse B2B offer (pricing, product, length of stay, and services): B2B is not a one-size-fits-all market
- Management of existing B2B key accounts
- Participation in the implementation of the marketing strategy for new strategic offers (i.e. new locations, product types, and services)
- Coordination and/or execution of visits of Joivy properties with prospective clients
- Weekly reporting and analysis on French B2B pipeline, opportunities and pain points
- Accompany Group Director in contract signatures and renewals
- Coordination and/or execution of visits of Joivy properties with prospective clients
