**Job Description**:
**This role is based in our Mobile Experience Team**

With millions of App users across Europe looking for the right property to buy, rent or sell, the Mobile Experience team is a multicultural team working on building the best in class native apps on both iOS and Android to provide delightful journeys in these key life moments.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Remain accountable for performance of AVIV Mobile Apps against business and customer objectives, aligned with our OKRs
- Manage the Discovery and Definition of new initiatives that may span across different teams or platforms.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and influences effectively across teams to ensure Product Goals are being met
- Work closely with Product leads
- Analyse device, audience, and behavioural analytics to measure effectiveness of product decisions and uncover new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing to ensure all promotional opportunities are explored and all marketing messages are up to date

**Qualifications**:
**Who You Are**
- You are a detail-oriented team player with** **proven experience in a PM capacity
- Deep understanding of Apps tooling and technical aspects
- Track record of user centric iOS and Android Apps product development
- Your adept to listening to the consumer and turning customer feedback into improved user experiences
- Explain, educate and help to drive adoption of mobile platform tools with teams like product, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- You like value added technical topics
- You are comfortable working in an international environment
